Hi there, my name is Matt Kesby on this blog I will regularly share with you successful tips on successfully running SME’s.

Over the last 10 years I have developed a range of businesses including the multi award winning waterfront restaurant Watt Modern Dining www.watt.net.au . When I owned this restaurant it traded extensive hours over 6 days per week, employing more than 50 staff, across more than 200 shifts per week, with 130,000 customers per year. Whilst at the helm, we were twiced recognised nationally for professional development of our team by the Restaurant Caterers Association.

I am passionate about finding new, more effective and efficient ways to train and engage employees and regularly speak at conferences to share my latest insights.
